It greets callers by your company name, answers questions about your services and hours, books jobs straight onto your calendar, and hands anything urgent to your cell immediately. It always identifies itself as an automated assistant — your callers are never deceived.
  3. Galaxy Complete ($697/mo): everything above, plus a real 6-page website on a domain you own, speed-to-lead, and territory exclusivity — see below.
Territory exclusivity, purchased at the top tier, protects you at every tier. Once one business in your trade claims exclusivity for a territory (a cluster of 3–5 nearby ZIP codes sized to your service radius), we stop working with any other business in that trade in those ZIP codes — at any tier, not just the exclusive one. First to claim the area locks it at every level. Exclusivity runs in renewable 12-month terms and stays in force while your subscription is current and you remain on Galaxy Complete; if either lapses, exclusivity converts to non-exclusive after written notice and a 30-day window to fix it. Your service never stops because of it.

How we handle timing, in plain language: on the call we agree two dates with you — the day we start your onboarding and the day your system goes live — and we put both in writing before you pay anything. We take on a small number of contractors at a time precisely so we can hold the dates we give you. If we miss a date we committed to in writing, for any reason that isn't us waiting on you, your setup fee is refunded and your first month is free.

A few things sit outside any date we give you, because they aren't ours to speed up. On Galaxy Complete, moving your website onto your own domain name usually lands a day or two after go-live (domain and security certificates propagate on the internet's schedule, not ours). Text messaging needs mobile-carrier approval, which takes days to weeks. Automated Google review responses need Google to grant us access to your profile, typically 7 to 10 business days. Each switches on automatically the moment it clears, at no extra cost, and none of them delays the rest of your system going live.

Can I start today?
Every monthly plan runs on a booked start date. Each one includes setup we do by hand, so we take on a small number of contractors at a time and tell you on the call when we can start you properly. We would rather give you a real date than a fast one.
What if the AI says something wrong to a customer?
It only answers from a script of facts you approve — your services, hours, service area. For anything outside that, it takes a message or transfers to you. It never quotes firm prices; it gives your approved ranges and books the estimate. You hear every recording.
I already have someone answering the phone.
Great — then we're your nights, weekends, lunch hours, and third-ring backup. Most owners keep their setup exactly as is and let the AI catch only what humans miss.
Does this replace my number?
No. Your number stays yours. We add answering behind it.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your Google Business Profile (it was always yours), your call recordings, and your customer list. If you're on Galaxy Complete, you also keep your domain name (we register it in your name, not ours) — it's yours to point anywhere. Your booking page or website and the receptionist are part of the service and end with it. Month-to-month means month-to-month.
